We look forward to introducing you to the Community Fitness Oakland! When you come in, we’ll show you around, tell you more about what we do and how we do it, and put you through an assessment and a sample workout. And, we’ll make sure you have a great time!

Teens and Middle-Schoolers: We meet every Tuesday/Thursday at 4pm after school at 1313 67th Street, Emeryville CA 94608
This program will focus on age-appropriate strength and speed training as well as body weight gymnastics strength and skill work, flexibility and balance, agility and conditioning. Our goals for your teen:
Establish a life-long love of fitness
Offer an alternative to sedentary activities
Injury prevention for all athletic and active pursuits
Model and instruct in healthy life choices
Provide the physical and mental strength to tackle any obstacle thrown their way, inside or out of the gym
Build a community of like-minded teens
Have a ridiculous amount of fun
