Saturday 10/21: CFO is CLOSED for a lifting meet. Uptown and EGA holding classes at 8am and 9am
Sunday 10/29: CFO is CLOSED for a lifting meet. EGA will be hosting Open Gym from 8am – 11am.
Saturday 11/4: Triple Crown! No regular group classes. EGA workout at 9am, CFO workout at Noon and Uptown workout at 3pm.
