What you do outside the gym directly affects your results in the gym. Making healthy choices will also impact your life outside the gym and help you reach your goals to look, feel and perform better.
- Ready to take your performance to the next level? Triple Crown is in 6 weeks and the Open comes around in 6 months, not to mention that 3 minutes for max calories on the Assault Bike will be back before you know it. Never too soon to think about improving and setting yourself up for success in the gym.
- Need a reset of your diet and other lifestyle habits? Life gets in the way sometimes. This is a great way to get back on track or tighten up your healthy choices if you feel there is room to improve.
- Do you like to play games, compete and/or work within a team to achieve your goals? We will be sharing successes, challenges over the course of these 8 weeks. You can contribute your thoughts, ask questions, and get advice and support from your gym buddies.

Challenge runs for 8 weeks, from September 16th – November 10th.
If you sign up by August 30th your price will be discounted to $39 for newbies and $29 for returning players.

Points are awarded for completing 7 daily habits and logging your results: Nutrition, Exercise, Mobilization, Sleep, Hydration, Lifestyle, Reflection.
There are 3 levels of Nutrition so you can choose one that is sustainable for your life and also impactful so you can make positive changes:
Kickstart, Lifestyle, and Performance. Each represents a different level of change, with Kickstart removing only the most inflammatory foods, Lifestyle adding additional restrictions, and Performance representing the most ideal choices for those with athletic goals or certain inflammatory conditions.
